What to write to us about
- Help with the app — tell us your device, the Cuvee version and what happened. If we ask for logs, the app keeps them on your device and you can attach them to your reply.
- Purchases, licences and refunds — write from the email address you used to buy, or include your licence code. Never send card details. Our refund policy is in the Terms of Service.
- Privacy requests — access, correction or deletion of your personal information. See the Privacy Policy.
- Legal notices, copyright and trademark matters — please put "Legal notice" in the subject line.
